Welcome to Yoga Torquay-Home of yoga in torbay-

We're a small, family-run yoga studio located in the centre of Torquay. We offer classes, courses and workshops for all levels of ability and experience: from complete beginners right through to experienced yoga practitioners.

Classes

We offer daily yoga classes from Monday to Friday in a range of yoga styles for all levels of experience and ability.

Workshops

We organise and host weekend workshops from some of the most experienced and respected teachers around.

Courses

Each year we offer regular six week courses in Postnatal Yoga and also in Yoga philosophy and ethics.

Wake Up Yoga - with James

Start your week as you mean to go on. An energising and invigorating yoga practice, including breathing Kriya exercises and Vinyasa practice. Suitable for all levels of experience.

These classes teach physical yoga in an accessible format which is suitable for complete beginners, those with mobility issues, or injuries and the over 60's.
