Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic & energising form of hatha yoga which fuses movement, breath, posture and concentration to create a powerful, embodied meditation. The word Vinyasa is a sanskrit word meaning 'to place in a certain way' and describes a key feature of the practice in which breath is united with movement and postures are organised sequencially and intelligently.
Vinyasa yoga classes are taught by James Russell, who has practised Vinyasa based yoga for 18 years and who has studied Vinyasa Krama - the traditional form of Vinyasa with Srivatsa Ramaswami whose teacher Sri Krishnamacharya was the original pioneer of this form of yoga

£8 drop-in or £35 for five class card (valid 3 months)
