Private Yoga Classes

If you would like to learn more about yoga, but would prefer a private class then we also offer this option. This is a very effective way to learn yoga and is suitable for practitioners of all levels of experience and ability.
Yoga was traditionally taught in a one-to-one exchange between teacher and student. This is the most focused way to learn and the teacher is able to focus on the unique needs of each individual student and help to develop a yoga practice that is most appropriate for them at that time in their life.
