Pregnancy yoga classes at Yoga Torquay are taught by Alice Chapman. Alice is an experienced yoga teacher with specialist training in pre and post natal yoga. She has been teaching pregnancy yoga for over ten years and practised yoga through both pregnancies and births of her two children. She has direct first hand experience of the challenges faced by women at this important time in their lives and also the ways in which yoga can help.
