Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' and is a hatha yoga practice in which conscious 'ujayi' breath is yoked to conscious movement and sequential postures - creating a fairly dynamic physical practice which also calms and focuses the mind. The class concludes with 'pranayama' - focused breath work and 'nidra' - a deep relaxation.

Hatha yoga is a practical system which offers a wide scope of techniques including: inner purification, posture, breath, containment of energy, meditation and relaxation. Hatha yoga tones & strengthens muscles and organs. Flexibility is naturally increased and the spine is encouraged towards a state of optimum health. Hatha also works on a subtle, energetic level: releasing blockages, replenishing depleted reserves and increasing vitality. Hatha Yoga has been practised in India for at least eight centuries.

A class for new mums of babies from birth to crawling. The class provides a safe & supportive space to bond with baby, meet other like minded mums, move your body and ease out common aches and pains as well as rebuilding strength from the inside out. Gentle but effective pelvic floor rehabilitation, re-knitting abdominal muscles and breathing new life into tired bones.

A fairly vigorous short class for those in need of some yoga on their lunch break. The class will include some dynamic postures fused together with vinyasa movements and breath and concluding with a guided relaxation

Pregnancy Yoga classes provide a warm and supportive environment to guide you safely through every stage of pregnancy, preparing you for labour and birth. The classes aim to equip you with the knowledge necessary to address common pregnancy ailments and potential physical, mental or emotional obstacles, giving you the confidence and strength to bring new life into the world.

A guided visualisation and deep relaxation. The perfect end to a busy week. Grab a cushion & blanket, lie down and completely relax for an hour.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging practice that synchronizes breath, movement and gaze point to develop concentration, it produces internal heat designed to purify the body and the practice can be great for building core strength and confidence.The beginners course will introduce you to the key principles of the practice and take you through part of the Primary series which is the foundation practice of the Ashtanga system.

A dynamic vinyasa style class, including breath work, preliminary exercises & meditative movement, postures and relaxation. The spine will move through a complete range of movement so ideal if you're sat at a desk all day and need to stretch out and blow away the cobwebs.

Holistic means 'wholeness' and is an approach that integrates a variety of authentic practices to nourish the whole being. Holistic yoga includes breath work, purification, preliminary exercises, postures, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.

A gentle yoga class, suitable for everybody focusing on joint mobility, stability and overall wellness.

In this class we will practice the 'Rishikesh Sequence' - a set sequence of traditional postures and breathing techniques, popularised by Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. This hatha yoga practice is slow paced, nourishing and restorative.

20% of money received from this class will be donated to the Ganga Prem Cancer Hospice in Rishikesh, India.

Gentle Movement & Deep Relaxation: a class for beginners and as well as those with some experience. This class is suitable for the not-so-mobile and those with injury. It is a soft and gentle style of yoga that explores moment and deep rest. 

The student is encouraged to listen to, and learn from their body. This practice offers the opportunity for a student to release and unwind.
